Forrester defines a “breakout vendor” in our particular industry as “companies that should be on B2C marketers’ radar as they further develop their marketing measurement and optimization strategy.” MarTech in general, and marketing measurement in particular, are crowded spaces so it’s especially exciting to be recognized by respected subject matter experts like Tina Moffett for the innovation and work that we’ve put in to solve our clients’ needs. In the report, Forrester mentions that “a one-size-fits-all measurement model usually doesn’t capture brand nuances.” This is particularly validating given our work in pioneering a machine learning framework to attribution that is supported by an ensemble of algorithms. Using our ensemble machine learning method, Conversion Logic delivers incredibly complex cross-channel marketing analytics that help marketers measure, predict, and analyze impact across both online and offline media and conversion channels. It’s great to see analysts and large brands alike supporting this approach and the methodologies behind it.
Today’s core XC Logic® marketing intelligence platform is the backbone of our greater vision: the move away from individually planned, measured and optimized silos towards an overarching software intelligence layer for revenue optimization. The current proliferation of point solutions within MarTech is not sustainable. The MarTech/AdTech ecosystem is definitely in a state of flux; as it evolves, we’ll need to see more platforms that offer holistic solutions. We feel that this type of recognition from Forrester is excellent acknowledgement that we’re on the right path toward this goal.
